Keith Schmode, Senior Vice President of Mission Advancement

Keith was named Senior Vice President of Mission Advancement in 2006. Prior to that, he was the Managing Partner for Thrivent Financial for Lutherans in the Nebraska Region. He brings 20 years of social service experience as well as 20 years of financial planning experience to Mosaic.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

David J. Nielsen, Planned Giving Counsel

Dave has served as Mosaic's estate and planned giving counsel for 19 years. He is recognized as one of the foremost estate planning counselors in the Midwest. He is a seminar lecturer on estate planning for colleges and charitable organizations across the nation.

He authored "Will you Remember Uncle Sam in Your Will?" and "Helping Others While Helping Yourself." He holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy, a Juris Doctor from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the University of Sioux Falls in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
