About Us

Mosaic has been providing services to families in San Angelo since 1986. Leaders from MHMR Services for the Concho Valley visited our programs in Nebraska and requested that we bring our services to San Angelo. Shortly thereafter, we opened an office and received a contract to provide services in five group homes. The agency currently has nine ICF-MR group homes in San Angelo. The agency added Home and Community-Based Services in 1991.

Leadership San Angelo Graduation

#
Terri Holland, Community Relations Manager in San Angelo.
Terri Holland, Community Relations Manager of Mosaic in San Angelo, recently graduated from Leadership San Angelo through the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce with 29 other classmates.  The ceremony included a Luau at the lake with a band and dinner for the graduates.

The purpose of Leadership San Angelo is to give interested men and women with leadership potential the opportunity to develop their knowledge, and to hone the skills of leadership through a planned learning process in the atmosphere of the city itself. In this living laboratory, Leadership San Angelo brings together persons from all areas of the city's life for sharing, learning and participation. When they have completed the course, they will be familiar with all aspects of San Angelo's life, and will be better prepared to lead and work together.

To develop community knowledge and leadership skills, participants will attend a series of ten (10) informative, one-day sessions beginning October of each year covering community needs and concerns.

For completing all the course-work, Holland received a framed certificate, a San Angelo Leadership silver ball point pen , a sterling silver business card holder, a logo lapel pin and a memory book with photos from the group's entire nine month class adventures.

Holland is now an Alumni along with 700 others in the 26 years of the existence of this program in San Angelo. Congratulations Terri!
