Mosaic provides a life of possibilities for people with intellectual disabilities. We help people define their own happiness. We support them and empower the pursuit of their goals. We celebrate their successes, even if that success is as simple as the pursuit itself.

Mosaic in Western Iowa has been providing services since 1989. The agency's first home was built in Logan in 1989. In 1992, Mosaic purchased two existing homes in Logan and began providing services to more individuals with special needs. In 1993, the agency built two six-person Intermediate Care Facilities in Denison. In 2002, the agency assumed operations of the Pottawattamie County Care Facility and has since expanded services in Council Bluffs to provide Supported Community Living services on an intermittent basis to persons living in the community.
