Mosaic in Winfield 2120 E. 9th Ave. Groundbreaking NewsMosaic in Winfield will break ground at 209 E. Seventh Ave. at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 3, 2009 for construction of two HUD six-plexes to be built. This affordable housing will fill a critical need for expanded community-based living options for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These homes- one at 209 E. Sevent Ave. and another at 707 Loomis St., will be fully wheel-chair accessible one story, four unit, six bedroom homes. A targeted completion date is July 15, 2010.
