Mosaic in Winfield broke ground at 209 E. Seventh Ave. on Dec. 3, 2009 for construction of two HUD six-plexes to be built. This affordable housing will fill a critical need for expanded community-based living options for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

These homes - one at 209 E. Seventh Ave. and another at 707 Loomis St., will be fully wheel-chair accessible one story, four unit, six bedroom homes.
