No Other Job for Me

Mosaic at Home Provider Randi Tudahl can’t imagine doing anything else.

“I don’t think that there is any other job for me,” she says. “It’s fulfilling in so many ways it’s hard to put into words just how much I appreciate being able to do this job.”

Mosaic is expanding our host home services and we’ve created a new host home brand called Mosaic at Home. To help people understand how it works, we’ve created some videos that tell the stories of people receiving services and people providing services.

The Mosaic at Home model allows providers to enter into deeper relationships with the people they support, sharing life’s celebrations and every day moments.

It’s a great fit for people with intellectual disabilities who want or need more consistent support and for caregivers who want to develop a deeper bond with a person, like Randi has developed with Darin.

In this week’s video, Randi talks about how she works to make sure Darin gets stability and consistency, which allow him to flourish.

“It’s easier for them to blossom more because they know I’m going to be who I am and I’m always there.”

“They’re going to be treated with respect and with love,” she adds.
