Mosaic Values Belonging

“Years ago, Mosaic was a place you went to. Now, Mosaic is something you are a part of.”

This is how President and CEO Linda Timmons introduced the first of our new core values: Belonging.

Belonging is a sense of fitting in and feeling valued.

As humans, we need to belong. To one another, to our friends and families, to our communities, to our world.

Belonging is fundamental to our sense of happiness and well-being.

At Mosaic, we support people with diverse needs and promote diversity in the workplace. We give people a seat at the table.

We build collaborative environments that value open participation from people with different ideas and perspectives. We give people a voice.

But we also seek out, welcome and listen to people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized. We hear every voice.

People don’t want to know they can simply survive in a space, they want to know they can thrive.

By bringing the value of Belonging to life within our organization, we set the stage for both those we serve and those who serve to thrive.

At Mosaic, people belong.

Mosaic’s new core values support our mission and vision, shape our culture and reflect what the organization stands for.
