A: Yes! Everyone served by Living Innovations can continue to receive the same great services they have now. If an individual wants to make a change to their service plan, they will work with their team just as they normally do.
Mosaic will not make any changes to their services.
Q: Will my loved one still have their community based services?
A: Yes! Everyone can continue to get the same services in the same way they do now.
Q: We live in Maine. Will my loved one still have the same case manager?
A: Yes! People supported in Maine can continue to work with the same case manager.
Q: Will employment services be the same?
A: Yes! Everyone can continue to get the same employment services in the same way as they do now.
Q: Will my loved one still have the same coordinator?
A: Yes! All Living Innovations employees can continue in their same roles, providing the same great services they do now.
Q: Will my loved one have the same home provider?
A: Absolutely! Everyone served by Living Innovations can continue to live in the same home and be supported by the same shared living home provider
