Mosaic in Southeast Texas

Hello Spring!

What a time to give thanks for renewal, transition, and rebirth at Mosaic in Southeast Texas.

Renewal – of our faith, mission, and commitment to families and individuals we are called to serve. We are focused on the trust given to ensure that we are providing a life of possibilities for people with intellectual disabilities.

Transition – of our leadership team and staff to have the right people in the right seats moving our mission forward. That means Mosaic strives to be the recognized leader in making a positive difference in people’s lives. We are passionate about services and partnerships that create meaningful lives in caring communities. Inspired by faith, we give voice to issues that affect people’s lives.

Rebirth – of seeds planted that can be groomed and nurtured. Community partners are vital to our mission and we are grateful for longstanding relationships, those in the beginning stages and, of course, those we haven’t made yet. We know they are on the way!

In our Bryan/College Station location, we are welcoming Rhonda Looney as a full-time RN dedicated to the healthcare needs of the individuals we support in the Southeast Texas Agency.

Also, in December, Stacy Halley joined us as our community relations officer. Stacy has devoted her professional life to resource development for nonprofit organizations, and her expertise has been a tremendous addition to our team. These are exciting days for Mosaic in Southeast Texas!

I am excited about this edition because it highlights the exciting things happening in Bryan and College Station where Mosaic serves approximately 50 people in the community. We have many ways for you to get involved – you can volunteer, attend an upcoming Discover the Possibilities tour, and save the date of Oct. 4, 2018 for our annual Partners in Possibilities luncheon!

If you are interested in Mosaic and enjoy what you see, please let others know or share ideas with us about how we can share the good work Mosaic is doing.
