Services

Supports at Mosaic are designed around the person receiving them.

We develop a customized plan for each person we serve to help them reach their goals. This is done through natural conversations with staff, loved ones and guardians, as well as through more formal systems like Personal Outcome Measures®, Individualized Service Plans and more. Services span housing, community support, healthcare coordination, job coaching and more to ensure that all of aspects of a person’s health and life are addressed.

Mosaic in Lincoln offers a number of paid employment opportunities to the people we serve through our partnership with Phat Jack’s BBQ, our thrift store and more.

Phat Jack’s BBQ

Through our partnership with Phat Jack’s BBQ, people we serve work in a restaurant, building food service skills and gaining experience. For their work hours, people are paid a minimum wage.

Thrift Store

Through a partnership with the ARC of Lincoln, Mosaic in Lincoln operates a thrift store. People we serve are able to learn retail skills and gain experience. For their work hours, people are paid minimum wage.

People’s City Mission

People served by Mosaic in Lincoln are the main volunteer force during the week at the People’s City Mission. The partnership provides people an opportunity to work with others of all backgrounds as volunteers at the Homeless Prevention Center and to give back to the community.
