Mosaic in Northern Colorado

Mosaic in Northern Colorado has appointed Jake Lawrence as Associate Director. This role is responsible for ensuring that all services are operated in compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards as well as overseeing the service delivery and programmatic process of the Mosaic at Home program in Northern Colorado.

Jake graduated from Colorado State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in education and began working for Mosaic as a Direct Support Associate in the Children’s and Adult Supported Living programs shortly after. Jake soon moved into a supervisory role and later became the Program Manager for all of Mosaic in Northern Colorado’s programs with the exception of Mosaic at Home. Although Jake never worked directly with the host home program, his longevity at the organization and level of supervision has allowed him to work closely with Mosaic at Home managers Molly LaMere and Karey Montez, making him very familiar with the program, the program supervisors, and many of the independent contractors.

During his tenure with Mosaic, Jake has been recognized several times for going above and beyond what is required of him to support employees and those served. Recent recognition includes Administrator of the Quarter, a local recognition; the Regional Mosaic ILead Award, a statewide recognition; and the One Mosaic Team Building Award, a national recognition.

“I look forward to continuing to support all of Mosaic in Northern Colorado’s program areas and building new relationships with those supported through Mosaic at Home” said Lawrence.
