Mosaic provides a life of possibilities for people with intellectual disabilities. We help people define their own happiness. We support them and empower the pursuit of their goals. We celebrate their successes, even if that success is as simple as the pursuit itself.

Mosaic is a consolidated service organization made up of two legacy agencies, Bethphage and Martin Luther Homes. In July of 2003, the two legacy agencies came together to form one premier organization named Mosaic.

Mosaic has been providing services to adults with disabilities in Northern Iowa in Waukon and Decorah since 1986; since 2012 in Forest City and Wright County. We currently provide support to more than 150 people in Waukon, Decorah, Forest City, and Wright County.

Mosaic in Northern Iowa is accredited with the Council on Quality and Leadership.
