Mosaic began providing services in Osceola as Bethphage in 1985. In 2003, the Bethphage and Martin Luther Homes missions united to become Mosaic. Mosaic in South Central Iowa continues to strive to improve the lives of people we support. Today, 90 individuals are encouraged to be involved in the community and to create a life that they choose. This cannot be done without the support of the staff, families, community, and volunteers.

We partner with local organizations, businesses and faith-based organizations to provide community connections for the people we support and to generate gifts and volunteers for Mosaic.

Whether you're looking for employment or volunteer opportunities, or you're looking for services for someone with an intellectual disability, we hope you'll consider becoming a part of Mosaic in South Central Iowa.
