Mosaic in Colorado Springs

The development of our employees is a top priority for us. While our process has been enhanced over the years, the focus is still the same – we want an agency that has a mission-driven, values-led workforce. We want to listen to our employees and help them develop both personally and professionally. 

I am thrilled to share that the foundation we built has helped us have a team of employees who want to advance within Mosaic. Over the past couple months, we have been able to promote four of our employees! 

They are: 

• Brandon Hanson was promoted from Independent Contract Program Manager to Associate Director. 

• Britt Hegler was promoted from Direct Support Supervisor to Independent Contract Program Manager. 

• Vanessa Lehman was promoted from Associate Direct Support Manager to Direct Support Supervisor. 

• Dan Beckwith was promoted from Direct Support Associate to Associate Direct Support Manager.
