Lisa Pakkebier, Illinois, Indiana & Iowa

Lisa joined Mosaic in 2025, bringing 32 years of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She oversees Mosaic’s intellectual and developmental disability operations in Illinois, Indiana and Iowa. She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from St. Ambrose University, and a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Northern Iowa.

Molly Kennis, Arizona and Colorado

Molly has served with Mosaic for more than 30 years, starting in direct care. She oversees Mosaic’s I/DD and senior care operations in Arizona and Colorado. Molly holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University.

Ric Nelson, Nebraska

Ric has worked in the disability services industry for more than 25 years. He oversees Mosaic’s operations in Nebraska. Ric holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Cloud State University.

Jenniffer LeDoux, Texas

Jenniffer began with Mosaic in 2016 and quickly rose to the role of leading Mosaic’s operations in Texas. She has more than 20 years of experience in the I/DD field. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Louisiana Tech University.

Ambrosia Belchic, Kansas

Ambrosia is the interim Vice President of Operations (VPO) for Kansas and has been with Mosaic for almost 20 years. She holds an executive master’s degree in business and healthcare administration from the University of Colorado.

Lisa Parteh, Illinois and Indiana

Lisa has worked in the field for 30 years serving individuals with disabilities. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
