“Embracing God’s call, Mosaic relentlessly pursues opportunities that empower people.” Being relentless has been a part of Mosaic from the very beginning of the organization. Against all odds, our founders started services in rural communities, trusting that faith and hard work would bring success. Challenges abounded through the years, but we have continued to overcome them and are flourishing today—because we are relentless in answering our call to love and serve.
In 2025, Mosaic relentlessly pursuing opportunities that empower people meant:

SERVING DIVERSE NEEDS
Mosaic provides services to nearly 5,000 people across 12 states in more than 825 communities. These services help people with disabilities, autism, and mental and behavioral health needs, as well as aging adults, to live their best lives.
