Celebrate Inclusion with Our Latest Issue of Promise Magazine

Mosaic believes it’s extremely important to include people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in all facets of community life. Inclusion not only enriches the lives and overall wellbeing of those we serve, it also enriches communities by teaching humility, understanding and selflessness, and it highlights the significant need to advocate for those who might otherwise be marginalized.

In our newest issue of Promise magazine, enjoy reading three stories about individuals who came to Mosaic under different circumstances and how they achieved—and continue to achieve—what they want for their lives.

To commemorate March as National Intellectual and Developmental Awareness Month with our own “Inclusion Inspires!” theme, we share a wonderful, six-page pictorial of people we serve doing the things they love to do. The images will warm your heart.

As a related tie-in about lifting up the lives of people we serve, there’s a woman’s loving account of her—and her sisters’—relationship with Mosaic since the early 1940s. It speaks volumes about the faithfulness to our mission to love and serve and the life-changing work we’re able to do with your partnership and support.
