July 1, 2026 — Today, across Mosaic’s multi-state network, employees are wearing matching “We all belong here” shirts to mark the annual celebration of One Mosaic Day.
Established in 2020, One Mosaic Day is celebrated every July 1 to commemorate a major milestone in the organization’s history: the July 1, 2003, merger of Bethphage and Martin Luther Home that officially formed Mosaic.
The concept “One Mosaic” represents how everyone in the organization works as one team, and how we’re stronger because of that. From direct care staff to office employees, everyone shares ideas and resources to serve people well.
To celebrate, Mosaic locations are hosting local activities to thank employees for their dedication to helping people with disabilities and diverse needs live their best lives.
“Our mission would not be possible without the dedication of each and every member of our workforce,” said Parker McKenna, Chief People Officer. “This year’s theme, ‘We all belong here,’ perfectly embodies that sentiment. It highlights our commitment to creating a supportive environment for our employees and contractors.”
For those looking to make a meaningful impact, Mosaic is actively hiring. If you feel called to love and serve people with disabilities and other diverse needs, you belong at Mosaic. Visit Mosaic Careers to explore open roles in your area.
