Mosaic provides a range of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other diverse needs. One valued service is making low-income housing available in a number of communities for people who meet the qualifications.

Do you meet these requirements?
- My gross household income is less than 50% of the median income in my county.
- I have a qualifying physical or developmental disability (in some areas may include mental illness).
- I am of legal age in my state.

All requirements will be independently verified by a third party source, and successful applicants must pass a credit and criminal history screening.
