FSSA (Indiana Family and Social Services Administration) is issuing Direct Service Workforce Investment Grant funding to Mosaic to provide increased support to our direct service workforce in the Northern Indiana and Terre Haute agencies. We plan to use the funding to invest in our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) by providing immediate support to our waiver workforce. We will dedicate 95% of the grant amount toward this. We plan to issue bonuses to all DSPs working on waiver. Payments will be issued by the end of calendar year 2023.
