Linda Timmons, President and Chief Executive Officer
Linda’s 33-year career began in high school working at Bethphage Village at Axtell, Neb. Through the years she has held numerous positions within the organization, working in Nebraska, Texas and Colorado. When Mosaic was formed in 2003, Linda was named Senior Vice President of Program Services. In 2006, she was named President and Chief Operating Officer. She became Mosaic’s President and Chief Executive Officer in 2008. She holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, in Kearney, Nebraska and a master of arts from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. Linda is the past board chair of Lutheran Services in America and the Council on Quality and Leadership.

Renee started with Mosaic in 2014. Prior to Mosaic, Renee served as the vice president of institutional advancement at a large community college and worked as a private consultant supporting the fundraising efforts of numerous nonprofit organizations. She oversees church relations, community relations, fundraising, marketing and communications and Mosaic International. She holds a bachelor of arts in journalism and communications from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and has received The Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) from The American College.

Heather Gunn, Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives
Heather came to Mosaic with more than 20 years of leadership experience in project and program management, mergers and acquisitions, information technology, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Mosaic, she worked in Mutual of Omaha’s Enterprise Project Management Office and spent 18 years at Hewlett Packard supporting IT and global operations. Heather also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Jenniffer LeDoux, Senior Vice President of Operations
Jenniffer’s entire 25-year career has been dedicated to the nonprofit sector, serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
In 2016, she came to Mosaic as a leader of services Mosaic formerly provided in Texas—where she rose from an assistant director to executive director and then to vice president of operations.
In February of 2020, she was promoted to Vice President of Operations and Integration at Mosaic National Supports. In August of 2021, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations.
As Senior Vice President of Operations, Jenniffer helps to ensure the delivery of supports and services to people Mosaic serves.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.

Scott Hoffman, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Scott has worked at Mosaic since 2002 and became Chief Financial Officer in 2015. Prior to his promotion, Scott served as the Finance Director for Nebraska. Before coming to Mosaic, Scott worked at public accounting firm specializing in healthcare and banking. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in accounting and management from Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska.

Mike Lyons, Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Mike joined Mosaic in 2013. He brings more than 15 years’ experience in the regulatory and legal field. Prior to joining Mosaic, he served for 10 years as corporate counsel for a major health insurance company specializing in privacy and security issues, complex business arrangements and health care reform. In his role at Mosaic, Mike oversees the legal and compliance teams. He holds a bachelor of arts from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana and a juris doctor from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.

Parker McKenna, Senior Vice President of
Human Resources
Parker comes to Mosaic with a wealth of experience, most recently serving as a director for corporate human resources and talent & organizational development
for a Fortune 500 Company in the Omaha area and as the chief human resources officer of a large school system in Missouri. He holds a bachelor’s in human resource management and a master’s in human resources/organizational development, both from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. Parker holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Master Human Capital Strategist (MHCS) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and is a Baldridge Quality Examiner.

Angela Weis, Senior Vice President of Mission Support
Angela brings more than 20 years’ experience in a variety of leadership positions in the human services field. Before being recruited to Mosaic, she was with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, where she provided leadership development, executive coaching and consulting across Nebraska. Prior to that, she worked as executive director for the Residential Care Consortium, a national group of residential providers focusing on joint fundraising and program development.
Angela holds a bachelor’s in criminal justice/psychology and a master’s in human services. She received a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance credential through the Association for Talent Development, is a Certified Executive Coach credential through the Center for Executive Coaching and is a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS). Angela received her Six Sigma Black Belt and is also a certified Emergenetics Associate.
