Molly Kennis, Arizona and Colorado
Molly has served with Mosaic for more than 25 years, starting in direct care. She oversees Mosaic’s I/DD and senior care operations in Arizona and Colorado. Molly holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University.
Mary Beth O’Neill, Nebraska
Mary Beth joined Mosaic in 2018 after more than 20 years of experiences leading programs for people with I/DD on the east coast. Mary Beth holds a bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College, a master’s degree from Bay Path College and is a licensed occupational therapist.
Christine Schroeder, Kansas
Christine began with Mosaic in 2018 and quickly rose to the role of leading Mosaic’s operations in Kansas. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the I/DD field. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University and an MBA from Southwestern College.
Jenniffer LeDoux, Texas
Jenniffer began with Mosaic in 2016 and quickly rose to the role of leading Mosaic’s operations in Texas. She has more than 20 years of experience in the I/DD field. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Louisiana Tech University.
Carol Mau, Iowa
Carol has served with Mosaic for more than 21 years, including more than two decades with one of Mosaic’s largest agencies, Mosaic in Central Iowa. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Kim Ford, Illinois and Indiana
Kim has served Mosaic in numerous capacities for more than 35 years, including leading agencies as an executive director and supporting agencies with technical and programmatic experience. She graduated from Carl Sandburg College and is a licensed RN.
Andrea Ferrucci, Delaware and Connecticut
Andrea has worked with Mosaic for more than 25 years, including leading Mosaic’s east coast operations in Delaware and Connecticut. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Connecticut State University.
