403(b) Retirement Plans
Mosaic offers a 403(b) Retirement Plan administered by MassMutual.
Mosaic contributes toward employee health plans. Health care coverage options vary by location.
Health Savings Account
Some employee health plans are Health Savings Account (HSA) eligible. The HSA is administered by Optum.
Mosaic offers separate dental insurance for employees. Dental insurance covers 100% of employees’ six-month preventive care such as cleanings. After a deductible, it also covers 80% of basic services and 50% of major services and orthodontic care from dentists within the network.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Mosaic offers an Unreimbursed Medical (Flex Spending) Account and a Dependent Care Reimbursement Account for all employees. For eligible employees that enroll in the Bronze Medical plan option and are contributing to an HSA, Mosaic also offers a Limited Use Flexible Spending account. Life and Disability Insurance
Basic Life Insurance: Mosaic provides all active, full-time employees who are benefit eligible with basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. Employees can elect additional voluntary life insurance through Cigna Group Insurance if they wish. Mosaic also contracts with Cigna Group Insurance to offer long-term disability insurance to full-time employees.
Life Assistance Program
Mosaic offers the Cigna Life Assistance Program, a free service that can be used immediately, to all employees. This is a resource where employees can find information on topics relating to work, family, finances, aging, or emotional issues.
Paid Time Off
Employees’ PTO begins accruing immediately. PTO can be used when you need to take time off for doctor’s appointments, childcare, holidays, sick leave or vacation.
Partnership with Bellevue University
Full-time employees who choose Bellevue University for their continued education are eligible to receive up to $4,500 in education assistance per year, and part-time employees are eligible to receive up to $4,000 per year. Additionally, employees’ immediate family members qualify for up to $2,500 per year under this program. Learn more on Bellevue University’s website.
Mosaic contracts with Colonial Supplemental Insurance Company to offer employees several options for supplemental insurance, including Short Term Disability, Universal Life, Critical Illness, Accident, Cancer and Hospital Confinement Indemnity.
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible to apply for tuition assistance. Full-time employees can receive up to $1,000 per plan year ($500 per session), and part-time employees can receive up to $500 per plan year ($250 per session). All employees are notified of application deadlines.
Mosaic offers separate vision insurance for employees and families. Vision insurance covers an in-network eye exam at 100% after a $10 deductible. It also covers lenses and frames after a deductible.
Mosaic offers a wellness benefit to support full-time employees who are enrolled in the health care plan and are striving toward improving or maintaining a healthy course of living. The program reimburses up to $25 per month for wellness-related membership fees such as health clubs/fitness centers, weight loss programs, smoking cessation programs and fitness classes.
